Full Throttle Wrestling

An E-Fed based on RP Quality where everyone may go full throttle. (The site and graphics don't look that good. And that's because I FAIL!)

Adam Vogel won his own tournament three years in a row because at that stage, it was used as part of his heel gimmick. Vogel basically lined the whole thing up and then beat a bunch of nobodies and mid-carders in order to make himself look good. It wasn't until 2001 when the federation he was in decided to make it open to every wrestler, and that's why he has only managed to win it once since then.

More fun facts:
Adam Vogel has won the Adam Vogel Invitational the most times at four.

An American has won the tournament 8 years out of 11.

Emerald Angel is the only Japanese wrestler to win the tournament. He was actually created the day before the tournament to be a first-round loser and a one time character, but the owner RPed so well with him that he ended up winning the tournament and the character is still actually in use today. He was the first "outsider" to win the tournament. However, he wasn't a legitimate outsider to the federation, we only played him up to be to increase the interest in the tournament.

El Orgulloso is the only Mexican to win the tournament, and won the tournament while being an illegal immigrant. This spurred Sgt. Pendelton to feud with him for an entire year, before finally settling their feud in the finals of the 2004 Invitational. El Orgulloso was never seen again as he was deported back to Mexico.

Antonio Del Veccio is the only Italian and also the only legitimate outsider to win the tournament. We contacted another E-Fed to get players to come over and help with the tourny, and he happened to be interested. He won the longest and largest Adam Vogel Invitational to date. It consisted of 40 wrestlers, and went on for two months due to us not having the staff power to write enough matches fast enough. After the first three rounds, the field was narrowed to only five men. (unfortunately, we had entered March, so the tournament was only given one match per card) From this point, we held a five-way match where the man who got pinned was eliminated from the tournament. Then we held a fatal four way the next week where the process was repeated to drop the remaining number to three. One triple threat later, we were down to the final two, and Del Veccio reigned supreme! He is the final winner of the original Adam Vogel Invitational.

After winning, Antonio Del Veccio confessed that this federation was more interesting and fun for him than the other E-Fed, and soon came back to serve as a full-time wrestler.

And yes, this means that I have won my own invitational six times. But I wasn't the one making those kind of decisions until 2006. And then I only gave it to myself once, and that was due to Tyler Williams asking to lose because he was leaving the federation.

And yes, I play Adam Vogel, Eric Vogel, John Vogel, Acid, and The Executive Brooklyn Producer.
And yes, I will allow myself to win championships. I am not going to reduce my characters to jobbers. I will generally allow my characters to lose however when the titles are on the line or when I get beat in RPs, which isn't too difficult to do. (Especially The Executive Brooklyn Producer...he is a jobber)
